Today, GameFocus was invited by Viacom to participate in a conference call in which The Beatles’ Apple Corps Ltd. and MTV will announce "an exclusive agreement to develop an unprecedented global music project", which means we are getting either Beatles songs for Rock Band and Rock Band 2, or an entire Beatles-only Rock Band title similar to Rock Band: AC/DC. The Wall Street Journal has already confirmed with "people familiar with the matter" that The Beatles have licensed songs to MTV Networks’ Rock Band video game series.
