According to a report on VG247, French website JeuxVideo claims that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier game could support Natal.
“According to our sources, the upcoming Ghost Recon: Future Soldier would be compatible with the device. A special game mode would therefore benefit from the recognition of movements, the aim being to keep the joystick in one hand and interact with the interface with your other. It’s possible to give orders through different types of movements directed by the wrist.”
This sounds like it could be exactly what I’ve wanted since hearing about Natal. The ability to command your squad with the same hand signals your onscreen character uses is something that could immerse players into the world even more. There’s no doubt that players will be scouring for any hint of this functionality when the beta hits Xbox 360 this summer.
What do you think? Is this something you’d like to take advantage of? Or do you think Natal should stay out of core games altogether?
