Journey’s Score Nominated for a Grammy
Posted 5 months ago By Vince - Vincent Deshaies

Journey has had quite an impact on PS3 gamers, which is why it is a "Game of the Year" nominee at this year’s VGA’s. However, this isn’t where the recognition ends. The 55th Annual Grammy Awards nominees have been announced and, as you probably figured out from the title, Journey just so happens to be on the list. The beautiful game’s score, by composer Austin Wintory, was nominated for "Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media." This puts it up against scores from The Dark Knight Rises, Hugo, The Artist, and other extremely well-received films. If you haven’t gotten around to playing Journey (or even if you have), go listen to some of the music right now!
