Breach: Shooter From Atomic Games Hitting XBLA This Summer

Previously hinted via a shady press release a few days ago, Atomic Games finally confirmed Breach, a first-person multiplayer shooter that promises to "literally blows the floor out from under conventional military shooters" this Summer as an Xbox Live Arcade game.

According to the press release, the game will introduce new kinds of destruction that haven’t been seen in any other game, unveil an Active Cover System which allows players to take advantage of any cover as it is ripped apart, and add in unique, true-to-life spy gadgets which all changes the very nature of multiplayer combat.

Breach will use Atomic’s innovative Hydrogen Engine to give players inventive ways to use destruction so they can stun, manipulate, and eliminate their opponents with a new toolbox of tactics.

~~No video, trailer or screenshots has been released yet so I guess we’ll have to wait and see how this one plays out.~~
